The guys (Twigg, Marcus & Jason) & lady (Katelynn) at Twiggs are all very courteous, up front & honest people. Katelynn calls me with an estimate every time & she always gives me the full break down of what needs to be done right away & what parts could wait to be done to my vehicle. The guys are great too, whenever my spare car is not available to me & I need a ride to work or home they take me! I think that is great & so kind of them!! I am so glad that I found Twiggs when I moved into town. It was also very exciting to find that they are a Good Year Tire dealer so they gave me a deal I could not resist! Best prices! Free alignment! So many discounts!!!
Plus I received even more discounts for showing them my AAA Membership card every time I make my appointment!!
I recommend them to all my friends & family. Twiggs Automotive is by far the best facility that I have ever come across in Rhode Island.
