James G. Botelho, 95: Served in Pacific During WWII

  James G. Botelho, 95, of Franklin Street, Bristol, died Saturday, May 4, 2013 following a brief illness. He was the husband of the late Virginia (Martinelli) Botelho, his wife of 59 years, who died in 2007. Born in Fairhaven, MA and raised in Warren, he was the son of the late Manuel and Alexandrina (DeJesus) Botelho. Funeral services from the Sansone Funeral Home, 192 Wood St., Bristol, on Friday, May 10, 2013 at 9 am, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 141 State St., Bristol. He arrived in the United State in 1956 and lived in Bristol for the rest of his life.
