Post your own events, announcements and blogs to Bristol-Warren Patch. It's ridiculously easy. Keep this article handy each time there is something you'd like to share with the community. To post events to the site for free: Navigate to the Events page and click “Add an Event” on the right side of the page. Tell us all the details about your upcoming event, then click “post my event” at the bottom of the page. That puts the event directly on our calendar. The end result is the same as if a Patch staffer had posted it for you. The only difference is, when you post it, it goes up right away. Looking to show off your work? Just follow the instructions that accompany each photo in the attached slideshow to see how. Thank you for the support, it has been an amazing experience.
I had hoped to spend my last two weeks formulating the best goodbye letter in the history of Patch goodbyes, yet here I am down to the wire trying to turn a head full of thoughts in to a short but sweet note. Some of you may not know it, but running a Patch site is more than a job. As cliche as it may sound, it is truly a lifestyle. The job has been so influential on my life in fact that I almost considered legally changing my name to "the Patch girl", since the majority of the community only knew me, and may still only know me, by that name. In my tenure, I have met so many interesting, amazing, and inspiring people who have a lifetime of stories that have yet to be written. I am so thankful to have had the opportunity to meet and work …

Here are some of the changes you may have noticed on the homepage.
No, you're not losing it! Patch looks different today. We did a quick visual nip-and-tuck to the homepage to make it even more user-friendly. And we've moved a couple pieces of furniture. For those keeping score: While the site might look a little different today, we still offer the same robust coverage of everything happening in your community.
