Century 21 Rondeau Associates Broker Manager Paula Martel says she has seen her share of ups and downs in the real estate market in her 31 year career. So the latest freeze in the real estate market didn't come as a huge surprise to Martel, who has learned to roll with the punches and knows that the market will eventually turn around. "Things are getting better than they used to be," Martel says. "Programs are coming back to aid first time buyers, interest rates are the lowest I've seen in my entire career, and people are starting to buy again."
