Palmira Conceicao [Ellis] Messier, 103, of Silver Creek Manor passed away on Dec. 21, 2012. She was the wife of the late Hiram Messier. Born in Bristol, she was the daughter of the late John and Frances (Duarte) Ellis. She attended schools. Palmira was a seamstress for US Rubber in Bristol and CT, and also Greco Brothers of Lawrence MA for many years. She was a member of the Holy Rosary Sodality of St. Elizabeth Church.
