The Warren Athletic Hall of Fame recently announced its Class of 2013, including six athletes, three teams, two "old-timers," one coach, and one contributor. Formal induction cereonies are scheduled fo April 13 at the Venus de Milo Restaurant in Swansea, MA. The Warren Athletic Hall of Fame has announced the Class of 2012 inductees. Inductees for 2012 consists of six athletes, one coach, one contributor, three old timers, and two teams. They will be inducted into the Hall of Fame at the Hall’s annual banquet that will be held at Swansea’s Venus de Milo Restaurant on Saturday, April 14, 2012. The inductees are: Pamela Betres (Athlete) Playing for Hall of Fame coach Bill Pepin, Pam starred on Warren High School girls basketball fives that won Class C titles in 1986, 1987, and 1988. In her senior year Pam helped lead her teammates to an undefeated twenty-win season. She was named the Class C Tournament Most Valuable Player after the Lady Redskins had defeated Fatima and Hope.
