The two local departments are participating in tomorrow's "Prescription Drug Take Back Day," scheduled for 10 am to 2 pm.

The Bristol Police Department and Warren Police Department will once again take part in the National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, scheduled for Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm at each town's police headquarters. According to Rhode Island Atty. Gen. Peter Kilmartin, Rhode Islanders have disposed of more than 6,000 pounds of prescription drugs since the program began in 2010. The owners of the restaurant posted a note on Facebook announcing the closure, as well as a photo of the car parked in the side of the building. Better have the Dryer exhaust pipe dismantled and checked all the way to the heater, as the Bird was probably building a nest in it so it now has wood sitting in there, good way to have a dryer fire. Not to mention it obviously needs a new screen filter on the outside to prevent it in the future. Just saying.   more ›
