Belltower Plaza contains a mix of retail, office and medical facilities. And it has a spot available for another business. Anchored by Rite Aid, Belltower Plaza on Metacom Avenue has more than 2,600 square feet of space available. The contiguous parcels have 925 and 1,726 square feet in the right rear corner of the plaza. The space sits between Coastal Chiropractic Group and Devine and Associates accounting firm. Based on the listing photos it seems too large for any single business to make it work. I would like to see Sunnyside relocate there. Since the space is so big it could also house a Chelsea Market style food court with outlets and cafes selling products from the various Hope & Main graduates. more ›
