Light snow should begin this morning, intensifying into a dangerous blizzard by tonight.
The forecast has gotten a bit worse for Bristol and Warren over the last day or so, and the towns are now expected to face 2 feet or more of snow resulting from potentially hazardous blizzard conditions tonight into tomorrow,. Schools have been cancelled, a parking ban is in effect and officials are urging residents to finish their business and get off the roads by early afternoon today. The storm is expected to begin with flurries around 10 a.m., slowly intensifying through the day. The height of he storm should hit this evening, continuing through the morning Saturday. Forecasters are calling for as much as 3 inches an hour to fall on Bristol and Warren, along with 40-60 mph winds. The blizzard conditions will result in low visibility …
