Bristol Firefighter A.J. Medeiros participated in the 2nd annual Bras for a Cause event held at Twin River Casino last week. Medeiros wore a bra that was auctioned off for $800 at the event to benefit the Gloria Gemma Breast Cancer Resource Foundation. The bra was designed by members of the Pink Heels. Laurie Cordeiro, also pictured, escorted Medeiros for the event. She is a Bristol resident who has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The photo was submitted by Sara Bagwell.
