First thing NK would be to cut the social programs at the house, kids allowance if any, cable channels, internet speed, dinner out, movies retals etc. But hat would be common sense for those of us that actualy know what a budget is.

Oh forgot to point out that it is not the lead story on the front page any more it is now rotated to the news section ;-}.
On another note, some of the strange ones where people are not hurt are just plain funny. Speaking of those moment we call the darwin awards lol. Lets face it a lot of humans are not the brightest bulbs on the planet by a long shot, better to know they exist then not. It makes life interesting.
Should have been here in the 60's when it was a Navy town, you would have probably flipped out on the front page stories back then, not to mention non stop stories of Nam to depress you every single day as you read about friends, family and high school comrades who died there every day. Didn't care for it, but in the end that is what made the people finally put a stop to that damn war.

Still fail to see your point on it. Do you expect every media outlet to hide what is going on in their area? What newspapers do you read that do not put crime on the front page? Would you perfer a serial killer in the area be a 50 word column next to the funny pages.
How about a violent woman beater who lives 2 houses away or 4 knock down muddings on your street. Lets not forget cars being stolen in your neighborhood, or house breakin's. How about if you have children and a dog down the street has attacked and killed another dog. Would you not wantto know that so you can be watchful for your children. These and examples I could go on forever with.
In the end like I said the first time is they rotate the front page story in order to get your attention to read more of what ever is posted. Thats not bad reporting it is merely reorting and it is up to the reader if they want to read it. No way anything like that is going to close businesses down because someone was arrested for punching doors and the father kept track of it.
Bad reporting to me is not reporting anything. What the point of having any kind of media if it is not going to report everything, good bad or indifferent. Kinda like free speech. You can say what you want; some people may like it and others may not, but think about what it would be like if you didn't have it and others decided what you could and could not say or hear. I think you know where I am going with that ;-}

Christi, not a chance in a National Election, he reminds people Mayor Daley in Chi-town or Taft. Speaks his mind but that doesn’t mean people outside his State want to hear it.
Definitely not a “presumptive nominee”. Wishful thinking by NJ politicians I think.
Well Hagel is a wrinkle, I believe Kerry really wants it and will get it in the end anyway.
Frank I had to laugh at that one. Patrick will put someone in there that the party believes can be elected in the next Election as all Governors do when this occurs. Barney well he’s Barney and was just as responsible for all the financial trouble of the last decade or so as all the rest on both sides. Why on earth anyone could think that would be a good ideas is well lunacy lol.

On the other hand Peggy you could demand the Government force banks to lower your principle on the house, lower your interest rate below what all those actually paying morgages, give free Obama phones, allow credit checks to not be a determining factor in loans for houses or cars or leasing luxury cars.
Trips to disney would be considered a family outing for the good of the children and parental sanity. Food stamp debit cards allowed to be used for gambling.
Raise the poverty level by 300% over what the actual level is so you now make more than your neighbr on paper to get all the bennies. (Neighbor can't qualify because they are above the actual level so they do not get the 300%). This of course leaves a lot less mney for those who do actually need it. Lets not forget to pump out father less kids to increase checks and never look for the fathers if they are known.
Yep a great system that works like a well oiled machine in this perfect Utopia.
Yawnnnnnn huh oh sorry was dreaming of the reality of what has caused all this.
