Full Moonrise Walk at Mount Hope Farm

Participants will meet at the Barn across from the Governor Bradford House for a brief "Welcome and Introduction." We'll then walk leisurely down the paved road, enjoying nature's many sights and summer sounds, passing the duck pond en route to the Farm's Cove Cabin, which overlooks scenic Mount Hope Bay. Once there guests will be invited to sip fresh lemonade and enjoy homemade baked goods before moving on to watch the rising of the full moon. On the way back we'll listen for the howl of the coyote, the call of the night heron or the hoot of an owl. Guided groups will leave the barn at 6:15 and 6:45 PM for the Cove Cabin.
