Bristol Police Arrest Second Brother on Child Molestation Charges

Jesse Perry, 56, was ordered held without bail following his arraignment this morning in Sixth District Court, Providence.

 

East Bay Newspapers reported this morning that Jesse Perry, 56, has been ordered held without bail at the Adult Correctional Institutions on child molestation charges.

Jesse Perry is the brother of Richard Perry, who is currently awaiting a bail hearing at the Adult Correctional Institutions on four felony counts of child molestation.

Bristol Police arrested Jesse Perry on Jan. 4, according to an article on eastbayri.com posted at about 11:30 am today.

Jesse Perry, a former Bristol resident, was charged with one count each of first- and second-degree child molestation, according to a press release issued by Bristol Police this afternoon.

Judge William Clifton remanded Jesse Perry — a retired teacher from the Dighton-Rehoboth School District — to prison until a scheduled Jan. 18 bail hearing, the newspaper reported, and attorney Paul DiMaio is representing both men.
