1. Explore the creativity of local artists at this month's "Art Night Bristol-Warren" on Thursday, July 25.

Four local artists will be featured on the gallery tour:

  • DIANA COLE -Copper Foil Stained Glass Panels
  • VIRGINIA DELGADO - Black and white street photography
  • O & G Studios --Jonathan Glatt & Sara Ossana - Designs and make furniture
  • Mark Wholey - Sculpture and Mixed Media
“ART Night” provides access to the inner workings of artists’ studios for an up-close and personal look at where their work is created. A free trolley service runs between galleries and studios in the two towns, and local shops and restaurants are offering special incentives. These East Bay towns have a long history of attracting creative people, and “ART Night” organizers have put together an exciting lineup for 2013.

2. Get back to the good ol days family style on Friday with "Kids in the Kitchen." Kids and their families will get a chance to learn how to cook farm raised produce over the fire at the hearth of the 18th century Tenant Farmhouse.  We'll start by selecting seasonal produce, investigate old recipes in an 18th century cookbook, and then prepare a dish the way it was done 200 years ago!
The event is on Friday, July 26 from 10:00am-12:30pm.
Tickets cost $25.00 for Adults; $17.00 for Children (3-12).  Museum Members-$20.00 for Adults; $15.00 Children (3-12). (No food "served" during our educational workshop.)
